Banyuwangi - IPNU (Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association) and IPPNU (Nahdlatul Ulama Women's Student Association) have an important role in empowering the younger generation in Candimulyo village. The following are some of the roles of IPNU and IPPNU in Candimulyo village.

Empowering the young generation: IPNU and IPPNU play a role in empowering the young generation in villages through various activities and programs. They help develop teenagers' talents, interests and potential through soft skills development and organizational training Character building: IPNU and IPPNU contribute to building the character of the young generation in the village. They organize programs such as religious activities, recitations, pilgrimages/religious tourism, and other social activities aimed at forming strong personalities and noble morals. 

Education and knowledge: IPNU and IPPNU also play a role in increasing access to education and knowledge for the younger generation in villages. They help in providing information, guidance and support for students in villages so they can develop their academic potentialCadre formation: IPNU and IPPNU have an important role in the cadre formation of the young generation in the village. They helped produce NU cadres among students, santri and youth in the village. Through cadre programs, they prepare the younger generation to take on roles and responsibilities in advancing organizations and society Caring for religious traditions: IPNU and IPPNU activities in villages often take the form of caring for NU-style religious traditions. They organize activities such as birthdays, prayers, group prayers, tadarusan, and routine religious studies. This helps strengthen religious and cultural identity in the village.


The role of IPNU and IPPNU in villages is very important in helping empower the younger generation, building character, improving education, and maintaining religious traditions. Through the activities and programs they carry out, IPNU and IPPNU contribute to advancing villages and creating a young generation with potential and noble character.
